Search Yahoo or google for “little machine shop”. They have the best mini lathe and milling accessories plus a great learning center for starters

how much material can you take off at one pass? and how do you know what angle to use on the tool? thanks!

these were $349 with coupon…dont pay ful price they go on sale every other then….

these are $399

Nice job on the Video….I have a friend of mine turn all my parts for me and I feel bad…Im going out tomorrow and buying one of these……keep the viedos coming…I learned alot there…thanks

Sorry about the way my comments came across I did not know that you were a beginner If you have any questions you can post them on here and I am sure that I or someone else will answer them. So once again please accept my apologies.

thanks, that is the type of input I was hoping for. Good point about the tool being out too far and the cross slide. Like I said in the video I’m just a hobbyist and have much to learn. Any more pointers would be appreciated, just keep it clean, Thanks.

The only thing anyone will learn watching this crap is how NOT use a lathe. Far too much overhang on the tool and, the Cross slide should not be overhanging when turning using the saddle or power feed. Rough, is too good a word for this.
