Used Metal Lathes


I am looking for a place to fabricate something for me on a metal lathe without it being terribly expensive..?

Here is what I need.

It must be fabricated from 1018 cold-rolled low carbon steel.

Try emachineshop.com. You use their CAD software to draw what you want, then submit the drawing with material specs and quantity and they quote you a price. If you like it, you submit the order and the part is shipped to you.
