		<description>Those are both quality brands.  Of the two, one thing to consider, no matter what the size of machine you buy, the time will come that you will wish for a larger one. You need to take someone along who knows the machines and let him check them out mechanically.  In addition to the options all ready mentioned, are the chuck and tail spindle bearings good, the gear box/s full of oil and free of wear metals?  Are the motors wired for your shop? These are some examples of what should be looked for.  There are many more.</description>

When using carbide inserts higher rpms are very useful. Also what type chuck are available? 3jaw 4 jaw, collet and will it come with a face plate so you can machine between centers.
